Embroidery department
Embroidery department with integrated attachments/equipment with the latest embroidery techniques. We have 20 production heads with 10 colours per head set up for big and small production runs, USB links with full colour monitors and 24 hour production shifts.
High Speed sublimation paper printers
6 colour CMYK heated printing heads, prints up to 1200 meter of paper per day. We use spacial RIP software for high speed printing together with special colour matching software to match colours – 24 hours per day.
High speed digital printers and cutters
High speed digital printers and cutters for vinyl and flex applications. Specialised transfer printing and cutting of big and small designs with multiple applications. Special RIP software ensure high speed printing and cutting and our colour matching software, ensures that every colour matches.
Large and small heat transferring
Large and small heat transferring for heat and sublimation paper transfers – 950mm diameter drums press with continuous feed attachment for roll to roll transfers. We use flatbed presses for panel and garment transfer, and a curve bed press for caps and small garments.
Vertical Screen printing
Vertical Screen printing with drying and exposing units – 4 stations with 6 colour carousel for multi-colour and paper transfer printing. Detachable vacuum bed for paper printing. Up to 750 prints per shift.
Quality Assurance (AQL1.5)
Genuine Connection have their own on-site garment and product quality team as well as all other operations and processes audit team. We use the AQL 1.5 Quality audit system. Our quality department is responsible for quality assurance and audit reports direct to the customers. Interactive with customer systems to release styles for despatching.
Packing & Distribution
We pack and box garments to our customers specifications on cartons, units, weights and packing slips. The distribution and finance department work together to bill our customers according to their specifications. All logistics and deliveries are arranged by us. Delivery and collections are interactive with our customer systems.
Warehousing
We have 3 warehouses specifically allocated for bulk hold warehousing, as well as for the warehousing of bulk fabric stock, as well as finished garments and production items.
One of these warehouses are used as fabric and trims warehouse ready for production after a 100% inspection on these fabrics and trimmings.
